Learning Support Assistants
Induction handbook
As a Learning Support Assistant or teaching assistant you will work alongside teachers, support individual children or small groups and provide an additional adult presence to whom pupils can turn. LSA work is ideal if you want to contribute to children's development.
As part of our new joiners programme you will receive a detailed induction handbook to help familiarise yourself with the UK teaching environment, understand what is expected of you and how the UK educational system works. It ensures you have access to information that will help you ease smoothly into your new career.
